husky wj116 carb?

dont know if its been asked yet or not ? does the wj116 husky carb have the limiter caps of the new epa restrictions?? took the plunge today on a new husky 390xp ! hope it has the better carb that can be reset and not limited to only epa.... sorry!! "ole big red"... maybe next time??

oh yes! the new saw wont be at the dealers for up to 10 days with a rush on orders? was told there was a back log on orders so husky had to produce more before delivery?? just hope i did not make an orange mistake??
