Picked up a used husky 272 xp put a coil from a 55 I had sitting around cleaned tank vent seems to run mixed has way rich seems to have OK Como put a sharp chain on and cut right with a Ms 440 today running a bit better than in did waiting on air cleaner and chain brake Hope she is a good saw always wanted a 272

They are good saws. I've got two. Starts right up and cuts everytime.

Mine absolutely rips with a 20" bar. Starts in 5 pulls, not bad for 20 years old.

All my 262's are the same way when stone cold - apply choke, 5 pulls, cough, close choke, 2 pulls, ready to work.

It runs awesome , I think it has a semi plugged tank vent. Sometimes it will die out but if I crack the gas cap it runs awesome ?
