Husqvarna 350 Plastic Clamp Replacement

There was no way I was taking mine off. So, I cut the wall out with a die grinder and a carbide burr just enough to get it all through. Had to make it in two pieces. The inner piece sits in the saw, flush with the saws wall edge and the outer piece secures it. It's thin material so I didn't want to weld or braze it. I managed to get 2 rivets in, in places somewhat away from the edge of the carb's wall but still had to grind back some so it didn't sit on a rivet head.
If someone had access to a 3D printer they could make and sell these. After all, who wants to pull the cylinder when there is no reason too ?

If you don’t have a metal clamp available , this works well as an
option .

The muffkin bolts are just a belt and braces thing .

There should be forum for home remodies in here. It's always interesting to see how people get around problems.
