Husqvarna 445 MM

Well I have about 8 full tanks of mix through this saw and it seems to perform very well for a 45cc plant. However,, I would like to know if anyone has performed a MM on a X torque engine?I have had the muffler off and examined it. It is basically just a muffler without any of the EPA junk inside. Are the performance gains worth the extra noise? Ken

HHmmm,,,my 445 had THIS inside it...
took it out and pulled the limiter tabs on the carb and whole diff saw after adjusting the carb..

yes i have.. nothing pretty just a slice in the front.. didn't notice much gain but it sure is a screamer.... use the search function for more info.. i believe husky445 has some pics of his floating around here, along with porting.. try searching porting a husky 445..
