That Meteor cylinder looks like a hybrid open/closed port design.

Yes, I'm not sure they should be called a CP since they AREN'T a CP vis-a-vis' an OEM 55 CP. They probably run better than the ubiquitous AM 55 kits that are all over Ebay, but I doubt they will keep up with an OEM CP.
