All saws are in perfect running condition(start,idle,run,oiling,etc.) and excellent cosmetic shape(minimal surface scratches from light usage).i have owned all of them for many years-no issues with any of them. asking prices(shipping included): 61($285) 262xp($475) 266se($425) 266xp($425) 268xp($425).pics to follow later this evening. any further info please PM me.thanks!

i don't seem to see many 262's with the tank handle lower cover still attached. seems they all bust off throughout the abuse.
 
What's the difference between the 266xp and the 266se? Sorry to only slightly derail the thread
 
there were almost no changes at all from the designation change that i can think of or know of but throughout the years some changes were plastic VS metal brake flag and the clutch cover they mounted too, muffler, ignitions, clutch, filter mount and filter, etc.............. there was also the metal fuel tank of the early SE's but they switched to plastic before the XP designation came in. both the SE and XP's run the same. then there's the regular 266 that i feel also runs pretty damn good with it's open port cylinder. only thing i found was it doesn't hold RPM's in wood with longer bars like the SE and XP but still a pretty good runner.

week before Chrismas is the issue Roger. It took me 2 attempts and near a month to sell Minty saws so just be patient. Also, taking the time to remove the muffler and show the PC will help. And a video of them running always sweetens a listing.:rock:
