I.D. on an odd little saw please???

O.K., So it's not a chainsaw... this little circular saw has a 4" dia. blade and appears to be powered by an electric drill maybe? I don't see any markings as to a brand name. Does anyone know what this is?

Thats the smallest buzz saw I have ever seen. It appears to be missing the flat belt pulley needed to power it from the belt pully on the Allis Chalmers...
