Tim some red Craftsman 3.7's were 3800's. Aluminum bore, chromed piston, and thick rings (like a 3400). If he'd included a pic which showed the Sears model # we could have identified which Poulan model (3700 or 3800) it is. Still worth getting if it's a 3800 of course.:msp_thumbup:

That's cool. Looks to be a Canadian version of a 3400. Chainbrake, red/black Craftsman-ish color scheme (yet it's a Poulan Pro), and unique decals.

Yep. That's somewhere between 24-28" by my guess. Good thing too, as a 44" bar would be a wee bit too much for that saw. Still a good model however...

I'm pretty sure I saw that 3400 up for sale a few months ago. I remember the Kubota saw stand. He was high on the price then as well.

Go get it man! If you don't have one or never ran one, you'll like it! If that same exact saw just said husky or stihl on it, you could sell them all day long for 200 bucks. It's the ultimate cheap used sleeper small saw.
