Seems like I've been waiting forever for a 3700 or 4000 to come up for sale here. 3400's are very common but the bigger ones seem to be pretty much absent

Tim some red Craftsman 3.7's were 3800's. Aluminum bore, chromed piston, and thick rings (like a 3400). If he'd included a pic which showed the Sears model # we could have identified which Poulan model (3700 or 3800) it is. Still worth getting if it's a 3800 of course.:msp_thumbup:
