Depends on who wants to know, and why.
I found a STIHL dealer that wasn't all hung up on MSRP.

I bought an MS261 w/20" bar, a STIHL carry / storage case, an extra air filter, and a six-pack of the new Ultra Oil for the pre-mix.

The dealer gave me 10% off everything that I bought. He threw in an extra new chain, sparkplug and a new STIHL ball cap, all free. :D

I feel that I did pretty good.

Great saw to use . I like mine alot and its not even broken in yet.
I have a 16 inch bar on it now but have a 18" in the box. It may get sent out to be ported soon , the ones i have seen ported here are screamers. good luck and cut safe!

Congrats again on the MS 261

The more you run it the strong it will get

Oh by all means go back and get the calender :msp_biggrin:

They are pretty when brand new! Aren't they?? I got a new MS460 w/ a 28" bar a week before Sandy hit.. a large limb fell in my neighbors backyard.. I went over and used it for the 1st time. My neighbor just about crapped his pants when he seen me come into his yard with the big 28..lol. after that I packed it into a box and stashed it in the garage not knowing when I will pull it out again because its so purrrdy! I just keep grabbing the 361 to beat on

Good luck with the 261! I hope to get an 026 pro sometime soon.
