I've stood in some mighty-mouthed hollow
That's plumb-full of hush to the brim;
I've watched the big, husky sun wallow
In crimson and gold, and grow dim,
Till the moon set the pearly peaks gleaming,
And the stars tumbled out, neck and crop;
And I've thought that I surely was dreaming,
With the peace o' the world piled on top.

The summer -- no sweeter was ever;
The sunshiny woods all athrill;
The grayling aleap in the river,
The bighorn asleep on the hill.
The strong life that never knows harness;
The wilds where the caribou call;
The freshness, the freedom, the farness --
O God! how I'm stuck on it all.

The winter! the brightness that blinds you,
The white land locked tight as a drum,
The cold fear that follows and finds you,
The silence that bludgeons you dumb.
The snows that are older than history,
The woods where the weird shadows slant;
The stillness, the moonlight, the mystery,
I've bade 'em good-by -- but I can't.

There's a land where the mountains are nameless,
And the rivers all run God knows where;
There are lives that are erring and aimless,
And deaths that just hang by a hair;
There are hardships that nobody reckons;
There are valleys unpeopled and still;
There's a land -- oh, it beckons and beckons,
And I want to go back -- and I will.--Robert Service

Get well quick John.

It's hard when a hee-man hero's outta action for a spell! But the point about nurses, Stumper, is a good one.

Press the call button a couple extra times for Nickrosis! :D

You Take it easy now, soon enugh you will be sitting on a stump frezzing, looking at the latest fall, wondering how many discs you can cut out off it.

Best wishes toward your speedy recovery John. This has got to just be a wake up call.

mild?

John,
They'll put you on Nitro for pull'n a stunt like this. Ask them for the NitroLingual N-Spray instead of the pills. The spray is easier to use/carry. I'll send a prayer your way. Speedy recovery to ya.

Get well, soon!

This site needs your mediation skills constantly.

Hell, you are the reason most of us are here on this forum.

Get Well:

Hell, been playing with my old saws this weekend and having fun, now to find this out. Been therre, John. Had the whole battery of test done and ended up with a stent and home the next day. Hope and pray that you come through this quickly and get back on your feet doing what you like to do best. You have my respect and admiration. You take care of yourself. Lewis.

Quick Recovery

John: Wish you a quick recovery, and hope to see you soon. We'll all be thinking about you. And "Why wouldn't we"? Mike, Brian, and Newton.

GET WELL SOON!

One thing that might be to your advantage about going to the hospital Gypo, if you $hit your pants someone will help you wipe up. Thats more than dBabcock would do! LOL Hope a few good memories make you feel better. Get well soon, quit smoking, and keep laughing, we still have to teach you how to run a chainsaw. Ballon Knott, joelamb, Hatchet Jack, Rollin, Teacher, Busy Beaver, and Big Dutchman.

Get well soon, John.

Once you're on your feet & back to normal, you'll need to get more sexercise. That's the best exercise there is!

Chris J.

Just want to clarify the get together. It is NOT canceled, Just moved from Johns to Ed Heard's place.

Thanks,
Hunter

I'll say a prayer for ya brother.

If you have a weak ticker you probably shouldn't be running a hot saw. I'll come up this weekend and take 'em so you're not tempted to run them.
