Missing some parts - one is brake flag bushing. Does it have internal threads? All I have is a smooth ~7mm hole in the crankcase. Or is bushing a self tapper? Thanks.

If the mounting hole in the case is smooth, then the threads that were there are gone. That's normally a 5mm recoil housing screw.
