Looking for a spare part

Hi forum,

I would like to know where I can find the next spare part, is a fan from a 4 stroke trimmer, it is a Craftsman, but built from MTD, this is the model number: 316.731971.

This fan comes with the shortblock, and I do not want to buy a complete shortblock only for this fan. I found the part number of the pawl kit (just a comment). I attached 2 pics for a better reference.
