LOOKING FOR MANUAL FOR ROSS BAND MILL

I would like to restore an old Ross Band Mill that I have access to, for free.. I can't find very much on it except for three You Tube videos and an older post thread, on this site. I would gladly pay for a user's guide or instruction manual, if one still exists. Please let me know.. Thanks
