LOL I’ve had no complaints with the new ones! Now a ms200 yes I could see what you mean but the 201 not so much. Can’t see paying the Stihl premium of a 201 vs 540.

I really know nothing about the 540. But common sense tells me, if there is a saw shortage, and no dealer could fill an 11 saw order, then it seems mighty strange that the Hussies were available. Just me? No?

Or the Swedes build faster LOL. I’ve got three and have no complaints sold my 201 and have a lone wolf 200 as well. All the dealers here say as soon as an order comes in they sell, the shortage is real!

Well I have used Ms200t, 201t’s, and the 540xp. And I prefer the 540xp all day long. Cheaper to easier to work on, and parts are cheaper. I still have .at least 6ea 200t left, and 2ea 201t, and my go to saw is the 540xp. My .02‍

I wouldn't take 10 201s for 1 t540.
