ok my grandpa recently bought a small makita not sure what model but i think its like 30 cc's runs good for a little saw but in baileys there is that 64 cc saw (sorry i dont know models) so i was just curious is this a professional chainsaw? is this a good saw to run.:biggrinbounce2:

Yeah bro, it's considered a pro saw. It's descent in stock form but really wakes up with a muffler modification. Then you'll be past 5 ponies with the power to weight ratio being more on the positive side.

For Grandpa I'd recommend the PS5100S
 
A lot of Dolmars have been painted blue and rebadged Makita, from the PS-34/DCS34 (cheap little homeowner saw) to the PS-7900/DCS7901 (80cc pro saw). Search Amazon.com for Makita chain* and you'll see a pretty good assortment.

I'm still disappointed that ToolKing canceled my backorder on the DCS7901 two months ago.
