McCulloch 10-10A no start

I have orange spark. I have compression. It was running in fall. I just chipped it and put a gasket kit in the carb. I changed the diaphragm. I have engineered 40:1 fuel in it. I have H and L out 1.5 turns, choke on. Even ether won't kick it over.

In no particular order: check for clogged spark arrestor, look at piston through exhaust port, change spark plug, look for broken flywheel key, measure compression, P&V test case.
