Surprised that I got only one response to my query a week ago, so trying again. My Morbark 13 (Cummins Diesel) is spewing oil out of the crankcase vent tube. Initially it was one to two quarts at a time (twice) over a month. Today it was a little more constant, but still totaling only a quart total. Have spoken with Morbark in Michigan, Cummins in Greensboro, NC, local mechanics in NC.
Have changed the air filter, oil and oil filter. I'm told if it's not more regular than its probably not rings ( blow by).
I'm sure that I haven't invented this problem - anybody else experienced this?

They already said it wasn't rings which means your oil rings are good too.Does it have a pcv valve? It might be bad if it does.

No, PVC on a diesel.

I get a slight drip once in awhile, but only if it's overfilled by a quart or so.

Maybe the baffle in the valve cover is broken?
