Morbark model 18 feed roller problem

I have a 2006 Morbark Model 18 chipper. Im having a problem with my feed rollers. They are moving slow and when I put a branch with a knot or crouch it stops the rollers and won't chip. And when it does chip it is barely throwing the chips. If anyone has any suggestions let me know thanks.
