MS200T part help

I have a 200T and just got the CQ-S32A carb and I need the grommet that matches but the original stihl number on the diagram says it has been discontinued. Any help as to the new part number? My dealer stated what I have will work but it does not as the H/L screws and very close together.

The one you need would be 1129 123 7502. But if it is nla since 2013. As I know, there is no replacement for this.

That is the newer version of the grommet (1129 123 7505) which was used when the C1Q-S61was introduced in 2003. The one he needs looks like this:

That appears like it would work the H/L are about that close together
