Yesterday my 460 stopped during a cut . It was just like it was running out of gas . I filled it but it wouldn’t run idled but no rpms . I let it idle to cool it off and then it would rev. Never had this happen before

Could be just the hotter weather.
Was thinking it was vaporizing the fuel as I was cutting a very hard 32 inch round of Maple . And it was normal when I pulled the starter cord so it didn’t seize at all . Running like 40:1 . The mix makes 2 1/2 gallons of fuel I add it to 2 gallons. Might pull the muffler tonight

Ihave had some minor trouble with my 362's 'master control lever'. occasionally it will ffire up but throttle not doing anything. I find the lever is not fully into the right notch.
No cutting today to hot. I'm cutting tomorrow but I started it today and it reved like normal . See what happens when put to wood . I have the 7910 and 395xp if it gets finicky.
Well it idled but would just bog out when I opened the throttle. So the throttle was working
