What year did they put all the emissions stuff on the ms 460? i am not worried about fuel economy. Does anyone have one for sale? Is all the emissions upgrades on the new saws removable or do have to buy new parts and replace ?

Last I checked, they never really EPA'd that saw up. Yeah, muffler outlet got smaller and there may be limiter caps on the carb, but that's not really anything to stress over.
As for the newer saws, some are easier than others to de-emissions and some need it more than others. However, many of the newer crop of strato saws and the ones with computerized carbs seem to do fine in terms of power even in stock form.
