aside from it making for a richer life to know folks by name and have that friendliness, it's good business sense.

Dingleberry here under-lubed the clutch needle bearing on his 346 for too long. Disintegrated in the woods today. Back in town fifteen minutes to closing. No part, paw through boxes, no part. tech: "here, I'll grab one off a 350 parts saw" fits. "take it and run then." Now I can get back at it tomorrow.

So hooray for great dealers, In case you didn't know already.
