no seat just leg straps. 2 floating Ds . hooks for suspenders if i want to add later. I tried alot in school weaver was my favorite. not a fan of the seat style so i got it without. great back support though. the shop ownder gave me a a free lanyard after i bought a climbing line to go with it.
