I made my own but it takes a bit of pressure to push on over the adjusting screws, enough so that it bends the flexible intake manifold and changes the engine note. I figure why not buy one for a couple bucks.

Log Hogger you can get the husky tool on ebay and some of the sponsors have them as well. Look up poulan/husky carb tool.

Edge & Engine has them they call it a splined carb adjustment tool. Look under chainsaw parts and then click on carburetors , then click on tools
