Need help choosing a fireplace

I am going to be building a house this next summer and have narrowed down to the Fireplace Xtrodinair and the RSF Opel 3 hooked into the central heating system. Wondering if anybody has any thoughts on these two fireplaces. The house will be 2600 sqft two story. My wife likes the looks of the FPX 44 elite, but I am just worried that the Posi pressure system won't work as advertised and end up have one really hot room and multiple cold rooms. What are your thoughts?
