New 261 having trouble starting.

I was wondering if this is common with these new saws. Even when warm sometimes it takes 3 to 4 pulls to get it going. Very annoying trait. It's still under warranty so if there's something amiss I will take it in.

I thought Stihls were one pull start cold, hot, warm, old or new???

Is it a c model? Are you trying to start warm with lever in down position?

It's a 261C. I want to have an idea of what the problem is so that the dealer won't give me the run around.
