20140124_204758.jpg 20140124_204748.jpg 20140124_204736.jpg I have a new cylinder cover for a husqvarna 61 or possibly 281.the bolt spacing to attach it to the saw is different than the 266 xp.I tried matching this one to the ones on ebay.asking $25 shipped in the lower 48 or trade.what ya got

I bought it for my uncles 266xp but the spacing is different than the 266cover I have.flat47 determined that the screw spacing was for the early 61 and maybe others.

The key to fit is the front screw. At some point Husky moved the front screw of the top cover to behind the top left screw of the starter cover. The older saws have the front screw of the top cover in front of the top left starter cover screw.
