I'm sure that some of the guys that have sent me a saw for mods, or rebuilds sometimes wonder why in the hell it takes so damn long to get it done. I mean damn......

Welp, it's simple. I hate to say no to work. Maybe it's just my overblown ego, but I like it when someone wants me to hop up a machine for them.

So I end up with more work that I can handle in a timely manner. :(

Here's what we are gonna do from here on out.

Starting on August 11th 2014 with Mustang Mikes MS362C-M we will take work by appointment only. It will take me till August to be completely caught up with the saws that are now here. Of course, I'll be taking some time off between now and then too. The wife and I work as food vendors during Bonnaroo, and we participate in a Sundance in July.

Message me if you would like to set a date for your saw to be done. That includes port work, machine work, and rebuilds.

Since I added the latest sig line last night, I've already gotten 5 saws to do.

Here's how it will work. You contact me and we set a date. The saw will need to be shipped one week before the date that we decide on. I will do the saw on that date, and ship it home on Friday of the same week.

This way I can schedule 4 saws a week, ship on Friday, and get rid of the long turnaround times.

We all have various defects of character Brush Ape.........realizing them is half the battle.

It's no defect, my friend it's just part of our psychological composition. Or you wouldn't be successful. The ego is what strains the id's fantastic ambition through a realistic filter. If the id is the size of Detroit and serves Detroit's purpose, then the ego must be the size of Texas and serve Texas' purpose. Texas ain't no good without Detroit and vice-versa. You are discovering it through your work.

Since I don't go to church, I'm preachin' at y'all this fine Sunday morning. lol

Now back to our regularly scheduled program.

Sounds like a good plan. Maybe a running "next free appointment" in your sig line? Maybe too much sig maintenance.

Too much for sure........

Next available day is August 20th right now.

That will change before the day is done I'd bet.

Cant get a saw done even if you drive down and see you and dangle a huge bunch of banana's in front of ya ?

that wouldn't do it ?

LOL !

I need my 241cm done, I want to schedule a 661cm also, and while we're at it lets put a top handle in there.... im thinking 150tce? You can pm me. That should put you into Sept? Maybe I should book an entire week?

oh snap! I forgot the 3120xp was still stock... need to do that one too.

I've got you down for the 26th and 27th Steven.

We'll wait to schedule the 661 depending on it's re-release date.

Cool?

while your coming up with all these grand ideas of how to make things go smoother, can you figure a way to find me some good help on the small engine stuff so I can get back to porting sooner rather than later. right now the sign out front says now accepting applications. apply by resume.minimum 10 yrs verifiable experience. so far no on e has been qualified enough to be a sanitation engineer in my shop. help ,help, help, ive fallen (behind) and I cant catch up.....

whateverrrrr (as my little Madalyn says) do you no longer want to store saws? cause Id just as soon bring 3 or 4 when I come pick up the 3 you have. It doesnt matter to me that I am without them for a few months.
