I have tried to connect with a few of the advertisements (NZ) I have seen over the time I have been a part of this web site. As well as in the magazines we all subscribe too. Never have I had a responce. What about that HI. company, Jaunkskai? They must have some real employee issues.
My experience here in the US as a business owner, X. I am aware of the facade that is needed to hire "nationals". The advertisiment needs to state some language, or other cultural necessity, to further the business goals.

I feel sorry for the requests I see on this site for employment, only to fool a few people into believing they actually would be considred.
PS.. I only advertised in the local newspaper.

I dont quite understand, so you request employees from New Zealand did you? Or were New Zealanders seeking employment overseas through an employment broker. Im from New Zealand and would really like to know whats going on.
