Less than 3 cc difference between them, only thing that is better is the air filter cover on the 4000, the 3700 is very under rated

I have had all 3.7, 3700 & 375 both not impress me & impress me. One of the 375 I have now definitely impressed me. I do believe some saws just run better than others for some reason

If I need a 60cc I grab the lighter 3750 380 or 3500 3.7 365. 12.8lbs and under 12lbs

If going to need more and 65cc and not much more weight then 3700 375 4000. I go to the 415 425. Reason for me selling the 375 3800 4000.

Just under 15lbs like 14.5lbs and up 4000 375 etc compared to 15 and half lbs 415 425.

375 with chain brake same as 415 425 in weights.

Looks like I'm gonna have to pull the carb on my 5200. After running for a few minutes, saw either idles too low, if adjusted, will idle too high. Just couldn't get it to set correctly. I looked at the carb that was on the saw when I got it, someone had already changed it to the 4200 carb. I may just rebuild it and install it and see how it run. That carb seems to be a little tighter and smoother.

I should have taken the one off the saw so I could take both to work and worked on them there but had gotten discussed with the way it ran. My luck something made it past the fuel filter and got into one of the fuel circuits. I know I caught the devil getting the fuel tank cleaned with pebbles and water trying to knock off all the crusty stuff that was in the tank. I even poured aluminum acid in the tank as a final cleaning to be sure is was cleaned and flushed it for 10 minutes with hot water. Both carbs are HS168 Tillies.
