Old thumb is doing just fine other than no nail I'm back to doing anything I want, don't even notice that I don't have a nail till I try and pick something thin up. 
Glue one on, trim to fit.

20” with no spike, I need to upgrade saws to a bigger one for the rest of the tree, going to use 7700 4900 5400 this time

Wow, I'm going to jump all over that high priced stuff, not. I thought some of the other parts were getting out of hand but those take the cake
Should list my crankshaft for 300, it's new and would fit right in
But they are professional parts and super rare and new bearings, and need kits, some assembly required. You'd have a $2000.00 saw, minus p/c and a few other parts.

I do, but it's not about directional control. The real problem is making sure the delivery nozzle is properly supported. That shelf looks to be the perfect height, but the hole may be a touch on the small side.
