Looks a little like a Jonsereds XF, but not right to be one. to my knowledge, in the US at least, B&S never made saws, but I am possibly wrong on this.

The B&S :alien: saw sure reminded me of something.

It just occurred to me that it looks like a Jred from the XM series, except for the seemingly crude, bolted-on, rear handle. That handle looks rather like a back-yard fixing job......

Jred XM's were models 60, 75, 601 and 751 as far as I know.

Looks like a repainted Jred which someone stuck a new B&S sticker on.

Garanteed to confuse even the most knowledgeable.

The Jonny is a Raket 60, 601 had doubble triggers.
The handle is pretty well done, but not original. Conciddering this is a common saw, it is not worth the shipping to me, but a collector near could proberbly use the parts.

I would guess the Stihl is a 08, since the S10 was not as popular here.

In theory it could be a Raket 75, as they too had only a single trigger, according to pic. at CSCC. Most likely you are right, though. ;)
