Hi all.
I'm looking to buy a house in Texas where it seems there's a tree next to every foundation. I'm actually trying to learn to ID trees, but I'd like opinions on the following photos and if these 2 trees pose an issue even if they're removed. I suppose it's impossible to say for sure, but I thought to get some feedback. Note, the first two photos are the same tree (a crepe myrtle?) next to a pier and beam foundation.
