Found this. Bad spelling but here's the caption.
"This is an "Oulegon" 78cc Chinese Chainsaw. This is the first cuts with it. As you can tell the carb isn't adjusted yet. Still not very impressive, 6.5 hp yeah right LOL! Enjoy and laugh away."

I finally got around to working the bugs out. It's an interesting saw with adjustable timing and little Black module that wasn't grounded properly.

That's what I was cutting with before hand.
Not that they were all that bad, I have run dozens of them as my FIL used them for over 20 years cutting contract in the woods, I still have a truckload of them, well used up mostly with a couple in good running shape.
