Pferd Chain Sharp CS-X - Swap Files instead of Multiple Guides?

Howdy all.

Was recently given a Chain Sharp CS-X by someone that didnt want or use it. Its the model set up for 3/8" chain, but I also am needing to touch up a few 3/8" LP chains. Can I just swap the round files out and use it on both? From looking at the Pferd site the setback for the rakers is the same, but I wasnt sure if there was something else different about the actual guide.

Here's from the Pferd page. The files are not interchangeable. That's where they get you to have to buy two different files. It took a little practice to get used to, but I love mine now.

• 1/4" - 5/32"
• .325" - 11/64"-3/16"
• 3/8" - 13/64"-7/32"
• .404" - 7/32"
• 3/4" - 5/16"
• 3/8"LP (Low Profile) - 5/32"
