I'm thinking of building a splitter (long term plans) but I'm still in the designing stage and have a question.
Would it be possible to combine a 2-stage pump with a regeneration circuit? Using the same pressure to switch to small volume and stop the regeneration or should it be 2 different pressures?
I find it hard in Europe to find 2-stage pumps and haven't found anything bigger than 16 gpm. Assume that the motor is strong enough to run the pump on maximum switch pressure (+-900psi, 62bar) and the ram is strong enough to clear the logs once they popped open. That would make the set-up as efficient as possible no?
