Well, I hope so. Just hope I didn't screw anything up, Its always a little nerve racking the first time running it. Hopefully finish assembly in the next couple days, then go find some wood.

Here is the vid, nice big smokeshow on first startup. Tached the saw ran up 14,000rpm, and still 4stroking a little. Oh ya, squish is at .026

I've noticed a strong idle = a successful porting job

Ported saws in idle sound awesome.

i looked at the 394 schematic and orderd the deflector, didnt notice 2 of them.

saw sounds very very good.

No, its a custom job. Stock deflector has been welded shut, and two port added to the front.
