I have seen this same question asked and answered before. The part you seek is out there. I don't remember myself as I did not have to replace the inlet on my carb. I just finished, about 2 months ago, a complete rebuild of a Poulan 3700. I am new to rebuilding engines but if you have a question, I would be happy to try to help. Welcome to Arboristsite!
