Pressure Washer Engine Problems

is the pump side rusty/corroded? if its dragging even a little it will keep the motor from spinning up to idle speed.
its that or a fuel line is blocked, try feeding it ether, if that keeps it running its just a fuel issue, if no its something else.

No, checked the pump unloader valve and it seemed to be free.

Haven't had time to mess with it in a few days but will get back on it in a few.

Yes it will turn over and crank if you put gas in the spark plug hole but won't run.

That's what I suspected at first, but with new carb should have fixed that. One other thing after putting gas in the spark plug hole and cranking it and it going dead it's hard to turn over till you take the spark plug back out and put more gas in and try to crank again, it then turns over like it should and cranks but goes dead.

That's something I haven't checked!

DID THE OLD CARB FLOAT BOWL HAVE GAS IN IT? If not, pull tank fitting and check screen at fuel line inside tank?

Also, check for a fuel filter INSIDE of the hose from the tank to the carb. They are getting sneaky and putting tiny filters in them now...
