Record for slow delivery from China?

Chicago isn't the only slow spot...Indianapolis sometimes does the same thing, just not as often. I've had items tied up for days there after the tracking says it left, then it returns to Indy for another day or two. Not sure if Indy has customs department it has to go through like Chicago does.

My carb kits finally arrived. Time from ebay order to posting in China: 2days. Time from China to Chicago sorting center: 4 days. Time from Chicago to mailbox: 28 days.

I guess if we midwesterners really need our orders it might pay to take a drive up to Chicago and try to find which post office it's in. Remember to take body armor if you go. After careful consideration, maybe we should just wait the extra month..

What is odd to me is that I have noted Chinese hubs that were painfully slow (for instance, HANGZHOU - "It's hung up in Hangzhou") and one center whose name I cannot recall at the moment which was lightning fast. In the US, from where I live, it seems San Francisco is fast, and Chicago is our Hangzhou.
