Hey All, quick question.
I trimmed a guys mature silver maple about 3 mos. ago. The tree was hairy, needed some TLC. My climber is skilled (& expensive) and after the tree was trimmed to all the required specs (per the estimate), the HO and myself looked over the tree (in fact, I was under the impression he thought we took off too much...) and he was quite pleased, which was reiterated with the note he sent me. I got a message from the HO today stating "now that the leaves have bloomed I have noticed several dead branches that were missed - please come out and remove"
I have not been back out to the property, so I have no idea of how valid his claims are, but I don't want to be 'married' to this job...can you give me advice on how to handle this situation, best-worst case scenarios? How much more should I be willing to do here?
Thanks in advance!
