Rinks and Mother Nature

She's not cooperating this year but I think the kids may get a few games in if we can keep the water in and get a bit of consistent cold (long range still not that promising) .
Here's a few pics of a 40ft x 80ft rink that we built for the kids last year .

That's gonna be a blast for the kids and you too if you skate. their mighty lucky to have you do all that hard work so they can skate. Should be a lotta fun.

When I was a kid the city plugged the drain in the basketball court and flooded it. I can remember skating all winter long. Good times.......

It worked great last year with Mother Nature giving us the weather we needed , this year seems to be a little challenging in our area .
