Saw runs like poop at 4200 feet

Any ideas as to why my saw runs like poop at 4200 feet? It always wants to die. I've tried leaning it out and it makes no difference. I do understand that I will lose some power, but this stalling problem is irritating. I wanted to chuck this thing into a burn pile.

When I bring it home to 400 feet it will run all day long without issue.

What brand and model of saw do you own? You may have to mod or remove the limiters on your high and low carb screws.

I live at 5300 feet and cut as high as 9000. Above 8000 I will tweek the carb a bit. I notice a big difference in perfomance above 7000 feet or so. This is when the bigger saws make a difference.
