Don't feel too bad it is complicated when you first try and get a grasp on it. The way export restrictions on Fed wood affect mills and the dynamics of how mills wood themselves is kind of amazing. As with lots of stuff you wonder how it can continue to work but things do. I wound up giving my dad a crash course in procurement economics last night. Took me several times repeating myself as he was confused on some stuff but that's mostly cause I have a way of making things confusing lol
