Too cold yesterday to work outside. I tore apart my 372XP and gave it a good cleaning. While doing that I took off the inner dog to make one for my $50 268 that I bought last week. That saw had an aluminum smooth piece in place of the dog.

Today it warmed up so I went out and dropped another 18" dead Ash tree with my 550XP. I should have took a picture after it hit the ground. The tree exploded into a really nice mess. The butt is at the far end. I chipped all the small stuff up.

Ya a once in a lifetime arctic blast ... seems every storm is a once in a lifetime event
It is more like sensationalism in the News. Let's scare the **** out everyone and put them in fear. Some people anyway. Yes it was -12 below with a -30 wind chill. I went out twice yesterday and I didn't think is was that cold. By noon it was 12 here.

It's been colder here too. But not with 50 + mph winds

We weren't to bad with 5* yesterday morning. Wind chill kinda sucked. Cut ash till about 2. Got a nice little pile. 4 buckets for those counting. :innocent:

Well, now I'm highly confused. Working on the 365 special still here.

I ended up ordering another cheap chinese carb off of amazon that came with all the fittings because it was cheaper then buying just the throttle lever piece and having it shipped.

Anyway, The carb on this saw has the impulse line on top of the carb, same as my 372 X-torq. It also has the choke lever sitting further back like the X-torq does, however, the compression relief on the xtorq saw is on the top of the jug, and this 365 has it on the side like my standard 372 does, but the carb on the standard 372 has the impulse line on the side of the carb, same as all the 372 carbs I'm seeing online.

Anyone have any ideas here?
Frankinsaw?

How big is yours... Err ... UltraSonic cleaner? I've been thinking about getting a 0.6L for around $45 off ebay for carbs. HF prices seem high.
Ots a half gallon L&R wish it was bigger. But got it for a song at a yard sale. Guy said it didn't heat... just needed rewired.

My friend gave me this Pendal hitch receiver. A couple years ago. Didn't think Id ever need it, but I couldn't just throw it away. With a little penetrating oil and some taping she freed right up. I do believe I'll be swapping out hitches on my Trailer now! 👍View attachment 1055336View attachment 1055337View attachment 1055339
It's called a pintel hitch mate. I have a few laying around, but I about hate hooking it to a trailer with the pintel mount. Bangs and clings around, clunks when you take off and clunks when you stop. Great for off road though. Keep mine berries with the scrap metal. Never know when I'll need it for something useful.
