Silvey Grinder question

Hi guys, It's been awhile

Last year i picked up a like new Silvey 500 series round chain grinder. It's been collecting dust since and I am going to give it a whirl. My question is simple, as shown in photo is this correct rotation,outside to in.

Does the switch allow you to change direction of rotation? I have a Silvey square grinder, and I know you grind from outside to inside of the cutter. As for round grinding, I'm not sure.

Yes it is a reversible grinder. I'm pretty sure it is outside to in, just making sure.
