Addicted to ArboristSite
Is there a tech / support forum or address? I may be being blind and not seeing it.
I can't connect to Arboristsite.com from my normal ISP (Sprint Wireless Broadband) since yesterday. I'm getting here via a proxy on another server at work.
I'm having no problems with any other website, and I'm a pretty heavy user.
I can't ping www.arboristsite.com, it won't load in a browser, and I get the following traceroute from home:
Meanwhile, it works fine from a server at another location, and I get this traceroute:
I'm a bit suspicious it's a network routing configuration error at ThePlanet (the hosting company) that's sending traffic from Sprint to po1.blahblahblah, but either from there or the next hop doesn't know how to get back to Sprint.
