Up at the farm last weekend with a friend from Phoenix. He wanted me to teach him how to skid logs out of the woods. So I hooked him up and taught him how we do it in West Virginia:

Don't mean to sound like a know it all Yankee or somethin,

But shouldn't that strap be attached to a bigger log for full effect?:D

Actually that was the third 8 footer up the tree. The base was much larger, 28", but hollow so we bucked that 8 footer up. It was all he could do the hang on with this puny one! :cheers:
