Smashed my new saw

Got the saw home and tore down...
New bar & chain, Gas tank, Break handle, Wrap handle and spring mounts

Then she will be good as new again think I got lucky as first look I thought she was scrap!

I think some saws are just jinxed. I bought a Stihl 290 from a guy at work that had run over it with a backhoe., I put on new plastic cover and top handle, boxed it up for a donation for one of the fundraisers here. Went to put it in the back of car to take to the post office, car locked, sat box down and when i got the keys promptly backed over it. Amazing but only things it needed (again) was top handle and top cover.

Only a saw, only a saw. In a town here in CT a father attended his sons furneral, the boy was 4 years old and the father backed over him in the driveway. That puts it all into perspective, lets be careful out there people.
